when l was 21 l lived in Tokyo and led a pretty stressful
city-life. I had physical and mental issues and
was looking for ways to find balance.l discovered yoga and it really helped me. So I started studying and
practicing yoga and did many teacher training courses. I taught yoga at several yoga studios.
In 2011, when the big earthquake happened in Japan l realized that l wanted to focus more on supporting
people on a deep level and care for their heart and vital energy flow. I studied Reiki and Craniosacral
therapy.

Craniosaiclal therapy
